The best starting point when you are unsure of the scope. We photograph condition, record symptoms, and run baseline checks to produce a written estimate.

We avoid unnecessary polishing. If you request cosmetic work, we will describe the approach and get approval before any irreversible steps.
Availability depends on brand policies and model age. If sourcing is uncertain, we will present options (including returning the watch as-is) before you commit.

We can proceed with labor-only work when appropriate, but only if it is safe for the watch and agreed in writing.
